ToppikAsia uses the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. Normally we ship via Poslaju Malaysia. For Asean and other countries, we ship via EMS , FedEx or other courier services depending on the countries location.

Delivery time

Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. We are always trying our best to provide the fastest shipping service possible. All orders will be arranged for shipment in 24 hours after we confirm your payment. Delivery will take 1-3 business days (within Malaysia and Singapore) after the order has shipped.

For International deliveries, depending on your country of delivery, your order may take five (5) to fourteen (14) working days to reach you.

How can I trackmy order?
As soon as your item(s) have shipped, a Shipment Notification with a tracking number will be sent to you by email so you can track your package online.
Can I have my order delivered to an address other than my home?
For your convenience, you may prefer to have your order delivered to an alternative address such as your office address. If you choose to deliver to your office, please include the business name in the shipping address. Please note, if you choose this option, goods may be left with reception.
I need to change my shipping address.
If you need to change your shipping details , please contact ToppikAsia.com Customer Service.
I will not be home on the scheduled delivery date.
As our carriers require a signature on delivery, the carrier will leave a calling card if you are not at home. You can then contact the carrier directly to schedule a new delivery appointment or alternatively, amend your delivery address.
How much am I charged for shipping?

ToppikAsia offers free shipping for all purchases within Malaysia and a flat shipping rate of RM 8.00 on all order shipped within singapore.

For countries outside Malaysia, your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient’s responsibility.

What happens if my delivery goes missing or is damaged?
In case of any problems with your delivery, ToppikAsia will be in direct contact with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible with as little inconvenience to you. We will make every effort to contact you and keep you informed of the progress of our investigation and where appropriate, deliver a replacement. If you have already received your order and find that it is damaged, please contact ToppikAisa Customer Service.
